Where are you located and what are the directions?   
We have one parish office, located at 601 North 8th Street in Manitowoc.  We have three worship sites, click here for locations and directions.

Why do you have three churches?  
The Catholic parishes of the city of Manitowoc consolidated in 2005.  There is now one Catholic parish, with three church sites located in each part of the city.  Click here for our parish history.

What are the parish office hours?   
Monday –Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM,  
Friday 8:00 AM – Noon.  

Can I drop off correspondence/payments after hours?  
Yes, there is a secured drop box located at the entrance of the parish office.

How much do I have to pay for church dues/stewardship?
There are no set amounts of dues required, parishioners give what they are able to.

When is Scrip sold at the main office?
Scrip hours are:  Monday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM;  Wednesday, 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM;   
Friday, 8:30 AM - Noon

Are the church sites open during the day for prayer?  Yes

How do I set up an appointment with a priest?  
All priests set up their own appointments, call the parish office and ask for the priest you would like to meet with to set up a time with them.  Click here for information regarding how to contact the parish office.

What is the cost of a Mass?   
A Mass stipend is $10, with the exception of the radio broadcast Mass, which is held at the Waldo site, Sundays at 9:30 AM, that cost is $175.  

How do I arrange a Mass intention?  
Call or stop in at the parish office during business hours.

What is your mailing address/can I send mail to the church sites?  
The parish has one mailing address, which is at our main office, 601 North 8th Street in Manitowoc. All priests and employees have a mailbox at the office.  There are no mail receptacles at the church sites.

How do I join the Parish?

How do I submit something for the bulletin?   
Written bulletin submissions can be mailed or dropped off at the parish office.   Electronic submissions can be sent to:  info@sfamanitowoc.com.    All bulletin submissions need to be received at the parish office two weeks prior to publication date.  

When are confessions?   
Confessions are held every Saturday at the three sites and anytime by appointment.  Click here for times or call the parish office at (920) 683-4718 during business hours to set up an appointment with a priest.

How do I schedule a baptism?  
This is our first child, what do we need to do?
Baptisms are held throughout the year, except during the season of Lent.   First-time parents are required to attend a Baptismal Preparation class.  This is a one-time class, held at the parish office on the second Sunday of each month.   Click here for more information.

What priests are at the sites?   
The priests rotate the site they say Mass at monthly, click here for the current schedule.  

Can I get a prayer shawl for someone who is not a parish member or Catholic?  Yes, prayer shawls are available for anyone in need of one.  There is no cost.  They are available at the parish office during business hours.  Click here for more information on the Prayer Shawl program.

Where do we call to set up our Wedding?

Where is Religious Education held and when?   
Classes for grades 1-5 are held from September – May at our Faith Formation Center.  Click here for more information regarding our Religious Education programs.

What is EDGE and Lifeteen?   
EDGE is religious education for grades 6-8 and is held from September – May at the LifeTeen house.  LifeTeen is the combination of youth ministry and high school faith formation for our parish.  Life Nights are held on Sunday evening following the LifeTeen Mass at the Waldo site, September - May.  Click here for more information regarding our Edge and LifeTeen programs.

What is the LifeTeen Mass and when is it held?  
LifeTeen Mass is held on Sundays at 5:00 PM at the Waldo site, from Setpember through May.  Teens are involved in all aspects of the Mass and the LifeTeen Band provides the music.  Click here for more information regarding our LifeTeen program.

Can anyone attend the LifeTeen Mass?   
Yes, people of all ages are welcome.

When is Confirmation held?  
Confirmation is held in the spring.  Click here for more information.

When do children make First Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation?  
First Reconciliation takes place during 2nd grade, and is held in the month of January. First Eucharist is takes place during 2nd grade, and is held in spring. Confirmation takes place Junior year of high school in the spring. Click here for more information.

Eucharist/reconciliation/Confirmation.
